You will need the controller drivers to present at the F6 prompt.  They are native on the Server 2008 R2 DVD, but not on 2003.  Download this DVD ISO  to help load the controller drivers for your...

NOTE: after booting to this iso, and during  the setup process, look for a check box that says something like Install Server Administrator, make sure that box is not checked......
