Thanks again for the response. After getting the system up and running the LED on the front is now solid blue like it should be. I installed the OMSA software to look at the system. At the first screen under health it has a yellow mark indicating the Storage is having issues.
Digging further down into the menus to Storage under Severity Component it has a yellow caution next to the PERC S100 and the drop down menu has "Create Virtual Disk". But under that it has Virtual Disk Details with Green Check Mark None and RAID-1 next to it.
The PERC S100 (Embedded) has a yellow caution mark next to Connector RAID 0. When I click on that menu it has Status with a yellow caution mark next to Physical Disk 0:0 the state is degraded and predicted failure states yes.
Physical Disk 0:1 is online. But under Virtual Disks the status is Green Check Mark, name NONE, Ready and the drop down for available tasks are Reconfigure, Delete, Check Consistency, Assign / Unassign dedicated hot spare, Rename or change Policy.
Does it look like the Disk 0:0 is failed as well? If not what thoughts do you have?
