Dell R810 with Hyper-V Server (2016/2012) on Dual SD Card

I have a dell R810 server configured with H700 Raid Controller, Internal Dual SD Card (2x32GB), iDRAC6 Enterprise with vFlash, 2x CPU (8cores), 256GB Ram.
I need the server for virtualization (Microsoft Hyper-V Server) I prefer Win2016 Hyper-V, but I can use Win2012R2 Hyper-V too

NOTE: This is not the Server Editions, but the Hyper-V only that I'm trying to install on the SD Card

I'm having issues getting Hyper-V to Run on thr server from the SD Card
I've followed the technet instructions to create a bootable vhdx on the sd card, containing the install.wim from the Microsoft Hyper-V os
The machine boots from the SD Card, and begins the installation/configuration process and then it BSODS / Restarts without warning, upon restart the same happens again and again. I'm able to get to the F8 startup options in Windows sometimes, but I'm not able to get to safe mode with a command prompt.

Anybody got some good pointers on what I should try to do ??
