Hi - just taken delivery of my new Dell PowerEdge T110 II with dual 1TB drives installed as RAID 1 but without any O/S installed. On installing Windows Server 2012 Standard edition, the installation routine is unable to detect any drives when it comes to choosing the install location. I can "find drivers" but on inserting the supplied Dell DVD, it does not find any. I've altered various settings, rebooted and tried many times to no avail. On entering the system configuration screens at startup, i can clearly see my 2 x 931GB drives and the virtual drives that are installed on them (i even removed the RAID setting and virtual drives at one point to see if that was causing the problem).
